Through the Indus Foundation Workplace Program, employees have the opportunity to support the work of the Foundation through convenient payroll donations.

How Workplace Giving Works

01. Choose your donation amount

Decide how much you would like to contribute through payroll.

02. Sign up for payroll giving

Complete the Workplace Giving enrollment process through Indus.

03. Your donation is deducted from your pay

Your selected donation amount will be deducted from your pay on a regular basis.

04. Your contributions make an impact

Your ongoing support helps the Indus Foundation continue its work in the community.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign up?

Employees can enroll through Indus’s Workplace Giving payroll process, administered through ADP. Visit ADP >Resources Tab > Forms Library > Human Resource Forms Column>HRFO.9090 – Workplace Giving Payroll Deduction Form

Can I change my donation amount?

Yes. Please follow the Indus process in ADP to update your payroll donation amount.

Can I stop my payroll donation?

Yes. Employees may request to stop their payroll donations in accordance with Indus Workplace Giving procedures.

How are my donations processed?

Your selected contribution is deducted from your pay through payroll and provided to the Indus Foundation in accordance with the Workplace Giving program.
